The Wayne County ARC conducted a raffle ticket drawing at the Rod of Iron Freedom Festival in Newfoundland, PA on October 12, 2025.
$250.00 worth of Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch Off Tickets were won by a resident of Wayne County.
The winning ticket was selected by one of the Pennsylvania State Constables that were in attendance at the festival.
